TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship arising from the use of the website genghistourmongolia.mn, which is the official property of Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC, including matters related to travel service payments and agreements made between the company and users.

  • Users visiting our website and those wishing to use the travel services offered by Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC must review and accept these Terms and Conditions before using the website or making an online travel booking or payment.

  • The implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be jointly monitored by Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC (hereinafter referred to as genghistourmongolia.mn) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).

  • The Customer must be a legally responsible individual 18 years of age or older.

2. OPERATIONS

  • The website genghistourmongolia.mn provides information and services related to International Tours, Domestic Tours, Travel Insurance, Articles, and Travel Tips. The accuracy of the information published on the website is fully guaranteed by Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC.

  • Customers have the right to submit feedback, suggestions, complaints, or comments regarding the website in accordance with the website policies.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks associated with genghistourmongolia.mn are the property of Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC.

The logo, name, structure, design, travel itineraries, tour programs, images, articles, and all other content on this website are protected under the Intellectual Property Law of Mongolia and relevant international regulations.

Any form of copying, imitation, reproduction, or commercial use of the content without permission is strictly prohibited.

In the event that the intellectual property rights of genghistourmongolia.mn are violated, the responsible parties will be held liable in accordance with the Intellectual Property Law, the Law on Violations, and the Criminal Law of Mongolia.

4. USER REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

  • Users must register and log in to their account in order to make a travel booking. During registration, the system stores the user’s email address and password.

  • When creating an account in the genghistourmongolia.mn system, information that the user agrees to provide (such as Last Name, First Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.) will be stored in the system and the user will gain access to the platform.

  • The company may verify the completeness and accuracy of customer information when necessary, and the confidentiality of user information will be fully protected.

  • The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided.

  • Each user may register only one account per email address, and an email address that has already been used cannot be registered again.

  • Users must not share their login credentials or password with others and are responsible for preventing any risks related to unauthorized access. Any damages caused by the user’s negligence in protecting their password will be the user’s sole responsibility.

5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE

5.1 Travel Booking Procedure

To make an online travel booking, the user must first create an account and provide their login name, email address, phone number, and password.

  • The booking process begins when the user selects a tour from the International Tours or Domestic Tours section and clicks the Book button.

  • After completing the traveler information, reviewing the details, and making the payment, the booking will be finalized and a confirmation message will be sent to the user’s registered email address and phone number.

  • Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC is fully responsible for confirming the user’s travel booking. Within 24 hours, the company will contact the customer by phone or email to confirm the booking and provide additional information related to the tour.

5.2 Consent of the Information Owner

  • Users may use their account to make travel bookings online for family members, relatives, friends, or children.

  • If a user enters personal information belonging to another individual when making a booking, the user must obtain the consent of the information owner.

  • Consent from the information owner may be confirmed electronically. The Travel Manager will prepare the Travel Agreement with attachments in printed form before the tour begins and obtain the signature of the information owner to finalize the agreement.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • The rights and obligations of users who make online bookings shall be governed by the “Responsibilities of the Parties” section of the Travel Agreement.

  • A travel booking through genghistourmongolia.mn will be confirmed after 40% of the total tour payment has been made.

  • The remaining 60% must be paid at least 30 days before the tour begins.

  • If an overpayment occurs, genghistourmongolia.mn will refund the excess amount to the customer’s account within 3 business days.

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, international money transfer services, or VISA / MasterCard.

  • genghistourmongolia.mn shall not be responsible for payment issues caused by internet failures, banking system errors, power outages, or incorrect actions by the user.

  • To participate in the tour, the full payment (100%) must be completed and received in the company’s account before the tour begins.

    The customer acknowledges and agrees that once the tour has started or after it has been completed, the payment will not be refunded nor will any compensation be provided for any reason.

7. TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your travel booking:

Peak Season (June 1 – September 30)

  • Cancellation 60 days before departure → 100% refund

  • Cancellation 30–60 days before departure → 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 14–30 days before departure → 80% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation within 14 days before departure → No refund

Off-Peak Season (October 1 – May 31)

  • Cancellation 45 days before departure → 100% refund

  • Cancellation 30–45 days before departure → 40% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 14–30 days before departure → 70% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation within 14 days before departure → No refund

Transportation services included in the tour (such as flights, trains, buses), hotel reservations, and tickets for attractions are confirmed in advance under strict conditions. Therefore, customers are required to comply with this cancellation policy.

8. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Customers may submit complaints or feedback related to genghistourmongolia.mn or Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC via:

  • Ayalalyn Zolo Tour Mashin LLC will review customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments or staff to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

  • The company will provide a response regarding the resolution of the complaint within 7–14 days via the same communication channel used by the customer.
