The <strong data-start=\"4658\" data-end=\"4676\">Travel Manager<\/strong> will prepare the <strong data-start=\"4694\" data-end=\"4731\">Travel Agreement with attachments<\/strong> in printed form before the tour begins and obtain the signature of the information owner to finalize the agreement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4849\" data-end=\"4852\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"o3m0zd\" data-start=\"4854\" data-end=\"4872\">6. PAYMENT TERMS<\/h1><ul data-start=\"4873\" data-end=\"5660\"><li data-section-id=\"16kadev\" data-start=\"4873\" data-end=\"5031\"><p data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"5031\">The rights and obligations of users who make online bookings shall be governed by the <strong data-start=\"4961\" data-end=\"4998\">\u201cResponsibilities of the Parties\u201d<\/strong> section of the Travel Agreement.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1mjmu05\" data-start=\"5032\" data-end=\"5158\"><p data-start=\"5034\" data-end=\"5158\">A travel booking through <strong data-start=\"5059\" data-end=\"5085\">genghistourmongolia.mn<\/strong> will be confirmed after <strong data-start=\"5110\" data-end=\"5143\">40% of the total tour payment<\/strong> has been made.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1swwtx6\" data-start=\"5159\" data-end=\"5236\"><p data-start=\"5161\" data-end=\"5236\">The remaining <strong data-start=\"5175\" data-end=\"5235\">60% must be paid at least 30 days before the tour begins<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"hraodd\" data-start=\"5237\" data-end=\"5375\"><p data-start=\"5239\" data-end=\"5375\">If an overpayment occurs, <strong data-start=\"5265\" data-end=\"5291\">genghistourmongolia.mn<\/strong> will refund the excess amount to the customer\u2019s account within <strong data-start=\"5355\" data-end=\"5374\">3 business days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1w2f4qj\" data-start=\"5376\" data-end=\"5482\"><p data-start=\"5378\" data-end=\"5482\">Payments may be made via <strong data-start=\"5403\" data-end=\"5481\">bank transfer, international money transfer services, or VISA \/ MasterCard<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"vdkusg\" data-start=\"5483\" data-end=\"5660\"><p data-start=\"5485\" data-end=\"5660\"><strong data-start=\"5485\" data-end=\"5511\">genghistourmongolia.mn<\/strong> shall not be responsible for payment issues caused by <strong data-start=\"5566\" data-end=\"5659\">internet failures, banking system errors, power outages, or incorrect actions by the user<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"vdkusg\" data-start=\"5483\" data-end=\"5660\"><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"137\">To participate in the tour, the <strong data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"134\">full payment (100%) must be completed and received in the company\u2019s account before the tour begins<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"139\" data-end=\"329\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The customer acknowledges and agrees that <strong data-start=\"181\" data-end=\"328\">once the tour has started or after it has been completed, the payment will not be refunded nor will any compensation be provided for any reason<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"5662\" data-end=\"5665\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"ulpkic\" data-start=\"5667\" data-end=\"5696\">7.
